Coccothrinax miraguama is a solitary-stemmed, evergreen palm that can grow from 1 - 15 metres tall. The unbranched stem can be 4 - 12cm in diameter; it is topped by a crown of 20 - 30, almost circular leaves up to 150cm wide[
