General Information
Coccothrinax crinita is a solitary-stemmed, evergreen palm growing 2 - 10 metres tall. The unbranched stem can be completely covered in a thick layer of wool-like fibre; it can be 8 - 20cm in diameter; and topped with a crown of 15 - 25, almost circular leaves that can be up to 150cm in diameter[
