General Information

Begonia glabra is a herbaceous perennial plant growing from a fibrous rootstock, sometimes as an epiphyte on trees. The stems can be up to 10 metres long, often trailing along the ground and forming new roots at leaf nodes or growing up tree trunks where it attaches itself by means of aerial roots[
