General Information
Armatocereus godingianus is a spiny, succulent, evergreen, shrubby or tree-like cactus with segmented stems; it can grow up to 10 metres tall with many spreading branches, often with smooth trunks up to 1.5 metres high and 15 - 50cm in diameter. Stem segments are dark green, broadest below, around 30 - 60cm long and 7 - 10cm in diameter[
