General Information
Armatocereus cartwrightianus is a spiny, succulent, evergreen tree-like cactus with segmented stems; it can grow up to 12 metres tall, usually with a well-defined trunk up to 2 metres high and 30cm in diameter. Stem segments are dark green, tapering at both ends, individual segments around 30 - 60cm long and 7 - 10cm in diameter[
