General Information

Meineckia paxii is an evergreen shrub to much branched tree; it can grow up to 7.5 metres tall[].
The tree is sometimes harvested from the wild for local use as a medicine and source of fuel. It is suitable for use as an amenity shade tree and ornamental[].
