Geonoma longipedunculata is a single-stemmed, evergreen palm growing from 0.8 - 3 metres tall. The plant produces an unbranched stem that often adopts a creeping habit; it can be 3 - 5cm in diameter; and is topped by a crown of 6 - 13 leaves up to 130cm long[
