General Information

Cupania scrobiculata is a semideciduous tree with a dense, elongate crown; it can grow 6 - 14 metres tall. The straight, cylindrical bole can be 30 - 40cm in diameter[].
The tree is harvested from the wild for local use of its wood. It can be used as a pioneer when restoring native woodland.
