General Information
Colpothrinax wrightii is a single-stemmed, evergreen palm growing 5 - 10 metres tall. The unbranched stems are greatly swollen near or below their middle; they can be 30 - 40cm in diameter (twice that on the swelling); and are topped by a crown of about 12 leaves[
