General Information

Antidesma pleuricum is a shrub or a tree that can grow up to 10 metres tall. The bole can be up to 25cm in diameter[].
The tree is harvested from the wild for local use as a food.

Fruit - raw[]. The fruits are lenticular to almost bean-shaped, laterally compressed, 3 - 4mm long and 3 - 4mm wide[].
