General Information

Allophylus petiolulatus is a semideciduous tree, often multi-stemmed, with a dense, globose crown; it can grow 3 - 6 metres tall. The short bole can be 10 - 20cm in diameter[].
The tree is sometimes harvested from the wild for local use of its wood[].
