General Information
Coyupe palm is a single-stemmed, evergreen palm tree growing up to 10 metres tall. The unbranched stem is covered in long black spines; it is around 6 - 10cm in diameter; and is topped by a crown of 10 - 15 leaves. The crown is about 3 metres in diameter[
