General Information

Ziziphus mexicana is a spiny, evergreen tree with a dense crown; it can grow 4.5 - 9 metres tall. The bole can be 5 - 22cm in diameter.
The fruit is harvested from the wild for local use as a soap. Highly prized for use as a soap, ithe frutt is sold in local markets[
