General Information

Platymiscium trifoliolatum is an evergreen tree that can grow up to 15 metres tall. The bole is up to 40cm in diameter[].
The tree is harvested from the wild for local use as a medicine and source of wood. It is one of the most prized timber species within its native range, even though it is rather scarce[].
