General Information

Campomanesia eugenioides is a deciduous shrub or small tree with a low, dense, globose crown; it can grow from 2 - 7 metres tall[]. The short, cylindrical bole is 20 - 30cm in diameter[].
The plant is sometimes gathered from the wild for local use of its fruit and wood. It can be used as a pioneer for restoring native woodland and establishing woodland gardens. An ornamental plant, it can be used in landscaping[].
